This seal keeps water in the bowl. If the waste ball is closing fully and still not keeping water in the bowl, this is the part to blame!

    Did not have to buy a new toilet !

    Almost purchase a new toilet over $800 as it would not hold water. Purchased and replaced the seals ( easy to do yourself) and now good to go. Was surprised to have both slide and floor seal in package. Went ahead and replaced both seals. Very happy with transaction and fast shipping.

    Good parts bad picture.

    Picture is of 2 separate parts, slide seal and floor seal, stacked together. Should be two separate parts. Very glad they both come in this set because I wanted the slide seal but when I had the toilet up I saw also that the floor seal was bad.

    Also with this site said that it is not a part of Thetford but just a supplier...
