Returns Policy

You may return most new unopened items within 30 days of delivery, however, there will be a 30% restocking fee. We will issue a full refund and pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).  If, however, you have simply decided that you no longer need the part or have ordered the wrong part, there will be a 30% restocking fee.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.


*MOST Items are shipped via UPS;  However, we may use USPS in some instances at our discretion.  UPS will not deliver to a PO Box and does not ship on the weekends. 

The shipping charge for each order is calculated at checkout depending on where it is being shipped to and that specific product's weight/dimensions. 

Some items may incur increased freight charges due to size, weight, or need for a special truck lift.  If your order is impacted by an increased shipping charge, a Thetford Parts representative will call and notify you to complete the order.

We ship all products ground unless specified differently. The delivery time for all products is 4 - 6 days when in stock and shipped (ground) the same day. Most orders will ship the same day when placed before 12:30 PM EST.
